🧵 Custom Embroidered Items
Custom/personalized embroidery is made just for you and is final sale. No returns or refunds unless there’s a production error.

👕 Embroidered & Non-Embroidered Items
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for all non-custom items.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a production error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description
  • We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund.

📬 Missing or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Threadish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please:

  • Double-check your shipping address
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • File a claim with USPS or UPS

🕐 Processing Times
Please allow up to 2 weeks for embroidery + shipping since every piece is made with love (and memes).

💌 How to Start a Return

  • Log into your Threadish account (or use the link in your order confirmation email).
  • Select your order and click Request a Return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.

👉 Do not send items back without return approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
