🚚 Shipping & Processing Time

All Threadish shirts are made to order, embroidered with love from our little studio.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing, especially during new drops or sales.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email.
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS.

📦 What if my package is missing or stolen?
Once your order is marked delivered, we unfortunately can't offer refunds or replacements for stolen or lost packages.
We recommend:

• Double-checking your delivery address
• Checking with neighbors or your local post office
• Filing a claim with USPS: Missing Mail

😕 What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! That’s definitely not the vibe.
Email us at hello@threadishfit.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of arrival, and we’ll make it right.
